I was worried about the quality and sturdiness of the machine due to its low cost. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. The bike was took about a half hour or so to set up. I was slightly over the suggested weight limit yet I’ve had no problems with feeling insecure about the bike supporting me. I use it almost daily and still not even a squeak. I did add a seat cushion though the seat is pretty wide and padded on its own. I would recommend this product.

I placed an order and the item arrived in two boxes as described in 5 days. I have been using the equipment for one month now and it has exceeded expectations. This item is a great value for the price. I wanted a full cage with a pulley system and I did my homework and decided to go with VANSWE Power Rack in Orange. I have 2” Olympic Plates and an Olympic bar. I use these with no issues with the included Olympic plate adapter sleeve.
Assembly: I assembled everything within an hour with no complaints. The instructions were easy to understand. The pully system helped me finalize my decision to purchase this item. There are so many workouts you can do with this. With the pull up bar, lat pull down, and row features options for workouts are endless.
I recommend purchasing the VANSWE landmine attachment as well to enhance the versatility and unlock more exercises.

For my purposes this lat pulldown machine fits the bill for a simple home gym workout. Well worth the asking price. Shipping containers (2) in perfect condition when delivered. Everything fit perfectly so assembling was not bad at all. Comes with simple tools but use your own if you have them. Expected to last for years. Now, I did have an issue with one of the cables and contacted customer service regarding it. An IMMEDIATE response took place and continued to take place as the issue was remedied well to my satisfaction. No hassles! Count on them. (Thank you SQ)

It was an easy build if you just read the directions carefully. They are pectoral directions, so you just have to follow the lines. As a 6’2” weight lifter I was afraid it would be too short and actually it works out just fine. I got better. Olympics sleeves , however to hold the weights

After reding reviews, I was convinced that I wanted this bike. I was attracted to its size and mobility. I liked the fact that it does not have a bar to climb over which makes it easy to get on and off. I like that it was appealing to seniors. My husband is 78 and I am 75. We are like Mutt and Jeff, since he is 6' and I am 4'11. I was worried that I am too short to ride this bike, but felt confident after reading a review for someone who is 4'11. This bike is perfect for both us and we each ride it at least 30 minutes a day! My reason to buy this bike was for recuperation of my knee after total knee replacement. Good exercise for my entire body! Highly recommend this bike and the price is reasonable! YAY!
This bike is great. Came a day early, it was very easy to assemble, instructions are well written and easy to follow. Everything lined up a fit just as it should. Bike is quiet.Seat is large and comfortable. For the price I have no complaints. I purchased it directly from Vandswe.

Best exercise bike ever. I use it every day and am very pleased with the
