Put this bike together easily. The problem is when peddling, there is a clicking noise coming from the gearbox connected to the frame. I am trying to contact custoner service, but after a minuteon hold, the line drops.

Works great. I have MS, my wife put it together with no problem. Clear directions, pieces & parts. Got to be a first.

After reding reviews, I was convinced that I wanted this bike. I was attracted to its size and mobility. I liked the fact that it does not have a bar to climb over which makes it easy to get on and off. I like that it was appealing to seniors. My husband is 78 and I am 75. We are like Mutt and Jeff, since he is 6' and I am 4'11. I was worried that I am too short to ride this bike, but felt confident after reading a review for someone who is 4'11. This bike is perfect for both us and we each ride it at least 30 minutes a day! My reason to buy this bike was for recuperation of my knee after total knee replacement. Good exercise for my entire body! Highly recommend this bike and the price is reasonable! YAY!

Very happy with this purchase. Pretty easy to put together, good instructions. Quiet, sturdy and easy to use exercise bike.
