Shipping fee

Needed a cap for a leg on a discontinued weight bench! They located the cap in their factory and shipped to me at my house in a reasonable amount of time. I only paid for the shipping cost. Beyond the call of duty! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vanswe Fitness is an excellent company and takes the best care of their customers, past and present. The shipping fee was for a replacement part they sent me for free, even though I broke the product. I bought this product over a year ago and this is an example of the type of service Vanswe offers their customers. They responded quickly with the utmost courtesy and immediately sent out the replacement part at no cost beyond the shipping fee. I will continue to purchase equipment from Vanswe Fitness as I know they have the best products and put their customer's needs first, well beyond the sale.

I didn’t mind the shipping fee for my upgrade. Especially now when it’s a larger cost for companies to bear. And even though it was from a great bit away, it came pretty quickly. I am enjoying using the upgraded version in my recumbent bike
