Customer Service: 10/10
I always received responses to inquiries, sometimes within minutes.
Fit and Finish: 10/10
I was hard pressed to find any noticeable blemishes. It looks really good. :)
Super easy and fit together like a glove.
Pull-up Bar: 10/10
I really appreciate the extra grip angles. ADDED BONUS: I thought the it was one solid piece, but it's not. You can flip the bar upside/down and still attach the handles in the proper configuration if you have a low ceiling like I do! I was pleased with this aspect of the rack.
Dip Handles: 8/10
Very sturdy but a bit far apart, which another reviewer mentioned.
Cable Attachment: 10/10
Silicone spray and Moly grease and it is a smooth as butter... and sturdy!
Solid, perfect size, and looks really good. I really like the numbering on the support bars.
Works with standard and Olympic plates. Standard 2X2 inch bars makes finding extra attachments easy.
A note on sturdiness: One reviewer mentioned being upset with the amount of "wobble" and stated it wobbles when doing pull-ups. I don't find this to be the case whatsoever. If I grab the support bars and push it front to back, the movement is very minimal. I can shake it slightly side to side (I wouldn't even call it wobble) but while using it for it's intended purpose it is hardly noticeable. Besides, pull-ups are supposed to be an even, controlled movement to place concentric and eccentric load on your muscles. If you swing from the thing like a crazy person, you may have some issues, but I have had none doing controlled weighted pull-ups (230lbs total).
I really like it. I would (and have) recommended it to friends and would buy it again knowing what I know now.
