VANSWE 800 lbs Capacity Adjustable Workout Bench | New Design 2020
VANSWE WB001 FID WEIGHT BENCH
The Vanswe Fitness FID(Flat, Incline, Decline) Adjustable workout bench as part of the beginnings of putting together a Home Gym. Assembly was relatively straightforward, total assembly took about 20-30 minutes. Recommending max weight (person plus weights) of 800 pounds.
This portable weight bench can be adjusted to 7 ladder positions (85°, 60°, 50°, 40°, 20°, 0°, -20°) and 3 different seat positions (0°, 10°, 20°), allows training positions from full decline to military press also full adjustable Flat, Incline, Decline.
You will pleased with fit and finish of the olympic weight bench. Assembled easily with good alignment of all bolts, 2.5'' pad with a good balance of firmness and thickness. There is little to no movement in the bench regardless of incline angle. The wheels work well for easy movement of the bench. The length and width of the bench provide good stability when lifting. All welds appeared smooth and solid.

The bench would probably not stand up to the much more frequent use at a commercial gym, but it is sturdy enough for what I do at home. It’s light enough to move around easily and adjusts to whatever I need.
Been using this product for a full week now. I am just beginning to workout again after shoulder surgery, so I am not lifting very heavy. I currently weigh about 210 pounds at 6"2' and the bench is very sturdy. In other reviews I read about complaints about the distance between the pads, but this hasn't been issue for me or my wife who is about 110 pounds at 5"2'. The assembly directions could be better, but I had no trouble assembling. Very happy with the product.
See my previous review. The rating shown here was my intended rating. See my review titled "Enormous Gap...."
The enormous gap created between the upper and lower pads forces discomfort in any flat to decline position. The gap is about four inches long with steel bar in between. Not only is this unconformable but it forces you to workout with poor form. Butt and shoulders should be level during a press. Instead, the butt is multiple inches lower due to falling in the gap. Aside from the gap the pads are extremely stiff and the fabric is low quality, but for the price you cant expect top grade materials. My only real qualm is that you can find benches in the same price range that have identical features but minimize the gap between cushions. I would not recommend
I ordered a squat rack and the workout bench on the same day and they were on the same invoice. Only the squat rack has been delivered. I am still waiting for the Workout Bench to be delivered. Can someone follow-up with me?? No one answers the customer service phone line.
