A few years ago, I noticed something: many people wanted to stay active at home, but the equipment was either too expensive, too bulky, or too complicated to use. As someone who grew up around manufacturing and loves fitness, I believed this shouldn't stand in the way of health. That belief became the seed of Vanswe Fitness.

I'm Dong Wang, the founder of Vanswe Fitness. In 2017, after earning my Master's degree at the University of Melbourne, I returned home with one question: could I turn my family's 19 years of manufacturing experience into fitness equipment that everyone could actually afford and enjoy?

That question became a 380–450 lb weight capacity standard on our recumbent bikes, a step-through frame for people who shouldn't have to swing a leg over a bar to exercise, and a lifetime frame warranty that tells you exactly how long we expect our equipment to last. Since 2017, more than 120,000 U.S. households have built their home gym around a Vanswe machine.
