The open-frame design has been a lifesaver for me. After a serious accident, swinging my leg over a traditional bike frame became impossible. With this model, I can simply step through and sit down—no struggle at all. I didn’t want to deal with the complicated assembly, so I had a handyman put it together.
Putting it together requires a little patience. But once it's done, it works perfectly!
Even though the assembly process wasn’t the quickest, the end result made the effort worthwhile. The bike feels sturdy and comfortable overall. The seat and backrest offer good support, though adding a bit more cushioning on the seat would make it even better. I haven’t explored every feature on the console yet, but the core functions I’m using so far have been great.
Love my Bike! It is so smoothe and comfortable. It is also very quiet! I am 76 years old and it is a perfect way to exercise for me! The monitor is a perfect way to keep up with my mileage, time, distance, calories and pulse. The wide pedals are also a plus! Highly recommend!

I contacted customer service because my right pedal was making a squeaky sound so I requested a replacement. I provided them the model # and they were helpful and friendly. The replacement pedal came with instructions and the tools to install the new one. Great service.

I’m really pleased with this exercise bike. It’s working perfectly for me. I’m 72 and not as mobile as I used to be but I can get on this easy. I can also up the resistance which I needed. Love that it works your arms too. It’s very sturdy and comfortable
Bought their single pulley machine in 2020. Used it for 5 years. Was still good when I sold it to make room for their new power rack with dual pulley system. Love this new one. And I need to say the customer service here is like the old days…very good. Had some issues with the cable end bushings but they sent me new cables promptly.

I wasn't quite ready to replace my bike so I had to replace (at different times about 1 month apart) both the left and the right crank arms for my recumbent bike. The parts fit perfectly and were delivered quickly. Very pleased that I was able to find the parts that I needed. It was great that the shipping was included in the price and I didn't have to pay additional for shipping.

This smith machine is awesome, it has everything you need for a full body workout and the price point is amazing given the quality of the unit. I did experience an issue with a cable and an arm pad for the chest fly, however the seller was amazing in replacing the cables as well as refunding me for an arm pad replacement. This is honestly one of the best seller and product experiences I've experienced on Amazon, and I am extremely excited on building my home gym with this as the focal point.
This has been a great buy. It was a little challenging putting it together but honestly once it was, it works great and the parts all fit perfectly. It feels like a much more expensive piece of equipment. I'm happy with it.

This is a very well designed recumbent exercise bike.
When it arrived, it was quite heavy. To me this means solid sturdy materials were used to build this equipment. Although I am NOT a mechanic between my former school teacher wife ( The kind of lady who can follow instructions) & I we were able to assemble the heavy box of parts into a very nice exercise bike excellent for training her new knee to work again. With picture and words for the guides, we were able to assemble in much less time than I thought possible.
We are able now to get sweat on our body, and increased heart rate on a regular basis while getting a full range of leg mption. You WILL be well pleased with this recumbent exercise bike, a very great value for the money.
Worth the money. The material is solid. Easy to put together. All three attachments work seamlessly. Seems to hold heavy weight with ease. Good for a garage gym like mine.
This recumbent bike arrived from the seller well packaged. All parts and instructions included. Due a stroke I had
suffered, my wife and I put it together within 25 minutes. She has used the bike twice a day. Easy to shorten or extend the length from the pedals. Very well made and quiet. We highly recommend this bike.
This bike is worth it. I don't know how they can deliver a product this good for the price.
