Vanswe RB406 Compact Recumbent Bike

Arrived with only one missing screw. Setup was easy. It functions well.

Bought this back in April to bike while gaming on my TV, works well for it's purpose and gives me a good workout.

When the item first arrived the back cushion was badly crushed due to the way it was packed. These folks are good with their customer service and recently sent me a replacement part. Makes the purchase a 5 star experience

The setup was easy because my son-in-law put it together.. he did state that the instructions were easy to understand. The bike is very well built. it is sturdy and does not take up a lot of space. There are 5 modes you can operate in such as time, speed and etc. Tension can be increased to make you work harder.
The cost was very affordable. It is great exercise when the wind is blowing and snow is coming down.
My brother also tried and ordered one.

Vanswe offers superb customer service. I had a problem with my bike, and when I contacted them by email they responded the same day. They sent me tools via Fed Ex and guided me to assess the problem. After I sent them photos, they again responded the same day and sent me the part I needed via Fed Ex to get my bike running smoothly again. Some of the best customer service I can remember receiving in a long time.

Also, as an aside, this is the second Vanswe bike I have bought, and I have been very pleased. My friend has also purchased one, and she loves it, too. Thank you Vanswe.
